Your Tasks

  • As a Sales Manager, you are our figurehead and the first point of contact for our customers.
  • You offer people great career prospects in the digital sector with our range of courses.
  • You advise our customers competently on the phone about our courses and fill them with motivated students.
  • With your open manner, you see yourself as a trustworthy relationship manager, find out what our customers want and accompany them until the start of the course.
  • You establish and develop relations with our customers in the B2C sector and in the B2G (public institutions) and maintain these contacts with excellence.
  • You give presentations at our info events and trade fairs and thus inspire interested parties for a professional future in the digital sector.
  • You keep an eye on your CRM (Hubspot) and your follow-up activities at all times.
  • As a true team worker, you always have your colleagues' backs.

Your Skills

  • You have initial sales and networking experience in an environment such as account management, recruitment, e-commerce, fundraising and the like. You want change you career and become someone with this experience? Please keep reading!
  • You have initial experience in B2B or B2C acquisition (on the phone or in person).
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and fluent English skills.
  • You are keen to offer a new perspective to people from a wide range of backgrounds.
  • You are no stranger to organizational structures and have good time management skills.
  • You see yourself as a confident and friendly person who enjoys making new encounters.
  • You have a strong understanding of KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Your affinity for digital topics and fun at work round off your profile.
