Job Description
- Receive RTO from shipping Co.
- Confirm RTO order back with original condition.
- Receive returns (Refund) orders from shipping Co.
- QC refunded item and confirm it’s back with original condition.
- Update return sheet with items status.
- Sort return items ( RTO , refunded , cancelled )
- Return CC items on system ( sales plus ).
- Archive RTO , Refunded orders POD
- Adding Return items to online sales channels
Job Requirements
- Preferably E-commerce & Fashion warehousing experience.
