Were seeking a skilled Engineer to join our team in Mountain View CA for a fulltime position focused on technology. With at least 3 years of relevant experience youll need a strong grasp of Microsoft Azure IT Infrastructure and ITISM. Your responsibilities will include daily infrastructure walkthroughs managing the centers infrastructure installation and troubleshooting of experience/demo setups and providing firstline support for AV devices engaging OEMs when necessary. Additionally youll be pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships through demos of center experiences. A Bachelors degree in Computer Science is required and proficiency in customer relationship management and front systems like AV and VC is preferred. If youre passionate about technology and have a knack for managing IT infrastructure.

Experience Required: 3 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
- Daily walkthrough of the Center and report/fix the infrastructure issues.
- Manage the Infrastructure of the center.
- Install and troubleshoot Experience/Demo
- First line support for AV devices and engage OEM when required.
- Give demo to customers of the experiences installed in the center
Generic Managerial Skills
- Customer Relationship Management; Front Systems (AV & VC)
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
