- We are searching for a meticulous Quality Engineer with a passion for ensuring the highest standards of software quality across diverse technology stacks including .NET Core PowerPlatform Blazor and more.
- As a Quality Engineer you will play a pivotal role in verifying that our software applications meet the highest quality standards driving the delivery of reliable and user friendly products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts that encompass various software applications developed on different technology stacks such as .NET Core Power Platform Blazor and more.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including developers product owners and business stakeholders to understand user stories requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform rigorous integration tests validating the seamless functionality of software components and ensuring smooth interaction among different modules and systems.
- Execute manual tests to ensure the user stories delivered meet the required quality standards and report defects accurately for prompt resolution. Implement and execute automated tests to validate software functionality regression and performance across different technology stacks.
- Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to isolate reproduce and document defects ensuring clear communication throughout the defect resolution process.
- Develop and maintain a suite of automated regression tests to ensure continuous quality across multiple releases and iterations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes methodologies and strategies and promote best practices for software quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand the technical architecture and design of applications to ensure effective test coverage.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the quality of the user interface and overall user experience. Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging tools in software testing and quality assurance.
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing with exposure to a variety of technology stacks including .NET Core Power Platform Blazor etc.
- Division EARC If you are a detailoriented Quality Engineer who thrives in an environment where software quality is paramount and you are committed to delivering products that exceed user expectations we encourage you to apply and contribute to our ongoing pursuit of excellence.
- Note: Align with requestor for requirement understanding.
- Requestor will not be involved in candidate selection and deployment
- Get written confirmation from requestor in case of nonconformity with mandatory skills and competencies requirement.
- Proficiency in creating test plans test cases and test scripts that cover different types of testing (functional integration regression etc.).
- Handson experience with manual testing techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks and the ability to develop and execute automated tests.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to report defects collaborate on solutions and provide status updates.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing within DevOps processes.
- Knowledge of performance testing security testing and accessibility testing.
- Familiarity with version control systems and test management tools.
- Certifications in software testing (e.g. ISTQB CSTE) or relevant technologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
