Position Title: Inbound and Outbound Sales Representative
Work Setup: Work On Site
Schedule: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
Salary: Php 25000
Signon Bonus: TBC

Our client specializes in acquiring highintent customers through their owned and operated web properties. These include ecommerce lead generation rate tables and comparison sites. Their brands simplify the decisionmaking process and deliver a strong ROI for partners. Our client is a technologydriven consumer acquisition company that focuses on acquiring customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN INBOUND AND OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Your Responsibilities as an Inbound and Outbound Sales Representative would be:
Respond in a timely manner to all leads.
Initiate outbound efforts to prospects.
Source new opportunities through inbound leads and followup appropriately.
Understand customer needs and requirements and connect them to the US Sales team.
Meet appointment quotas per client requirements.
Make appropriate recommendations based on customer profile and needs.
Upsell other products and services using customer profile product usage and needs.
Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics.
Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team.
Take part in training and other learning opportunities.
Constantly seek ways how to improve on performance.

Qualifications as an Inbound and Outbound Sales Representative:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Advertising or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience and track record in sales or similar industry is strongly preferred.
With required appointment setting background experience.
Strong communication and written skills.
Strong listening skills and phone demeanor.
Technologically proficient; not necessarily an expert but knowledgeable.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Has initiative and Can Do positive attitude.
Ability to work in a teambased environment.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
Previous cold call experience is a plus.
