Job Description

Responsibilites:

  • Contacting potential or existing customers through inbound calls
  • Achieve KPIs and revenue target as set by the sales management.
  • Arranging phone meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate and/or present products.
  • Negotiating prices with potential and existing customers and closing sales.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.
  • Firm understanding of the market competitors and products and find effective strategies to generate revenue through new customer orders or renewals.
  • Demonstrates advanced product knowledge to tailorfit service offerings with client needs.
  • Identify potential clients and develop a good working relationship with them in order to continuously drive revenue.
  • Maximizing opportunities to sell to clients through regular followups service status checks to find chances to upgrade or upsell.
  • Negotiating through gatekeepers to reach the client decisionmaker.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year BPO experience handling international voice account
  • Good to excellent communications skills
  • Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
  • Amenable to work fulltime onsite ( Ortigas Pasig )
