The Sales Recruitment Manager will report to the Sales Recruitment and Training AVP. The main functions of the Sales Recruitment Managers are to:
- conduct targeted selection interviews for sales applicants preferably from the real estate industry
- make and recommend hiring decisions based on the interview to support overall sales recruitment requirements of all sales clusters within the Organization
- conduct regular and ad hoc performance reviews/coaching with the sales Recruitment Staff/Officers who need it.
- maintain communication with the sales cluster heads and leadership for recruitment requirements and standards.
- ensure that policies and procedures are implemented and followed through all the sales clusters nationwide.
SPECIFIC TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. SOURCING OF SALES APPLICANTS
- Own source from personal network for SD Level
- Implement initiatives through SROs/Recruitment Staff
- Initiate and implement effective recruitment activities regularly
- Monitor the productivity of Recruitment Staff/Officers to ensure sourcing targets are met
2. INTERVIEW
- Conduct interviews with sales applicants (specifically for Sales Managers and other positions as may be assigned by the Sales Recruitment and Training AVP /Heads)
- Be able to interpret and support interview decisions for appreciation/review of the hiring managers
- Communicate negotiations in case of policy deviation
3. PERFORMANCE REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION
- Preparation and submission of Regular Recruitment Reports to the sales Recruitment Heads/GSN Heads/Cluster Heads
- Maintain custody of all application recruitment and aptitude test forms with confidentiality
4. AD HOC
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Recruitment Heads/GSN Heads/Cluster Heads
- Attend meetings regularly or as required by the Sales Recruitment Heads/GSN Heads/Cluster Heads
- Monitor coordination of application of sellers with Cluster Heads/sales groups
- Act as pointofcontact of sales Groups/Cluster Heads for endtoend recruitment and in the absence of the sales Recruitment and Training AVP or when so assigned
- Keep himself/herself abreast with the industry changes and develop your own skills to adapt to it
5. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
- Monitors and supervises deliverables of Recruitment Staff/Officers to ensure productivity and complete documentation to meet affiliation standards
- Train and evaluate recruitment Staff/Officers sourcing and screening/interviewing skills to maintain quality of hires
- Ensure overall department integrity and discipline though adherence to company policies
- Evaluate and recommend further development or advancement of Recruitment Staff/Officers as necessary
