HR Specialist Job Description

THE LAKHANI GROUP is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting HR Specialist


We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our team in India. The HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment employee relations performance management training and development HR policies and procedures compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

    Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.

    Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

    Handle employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievances.

    Develop and administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    Coordinate performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and development plans.

    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters.

    Conduct training sessions on various HR topics such as diversity and inclusion harassment prevention and leadership development.

    Manage compensation and benefits programs including salary reviews bonus plans and employee benefits packages.

    Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records and documentation.

    Stay informed about developments in HR best practices and employment laws and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

    with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience.

    Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or related field. Master s degree would be an added advantage.

    Indepth knowledge of HR principles practices and procedures.

    Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

    Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills.

    Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
