Job Description
Understand Customer Pain/ Requirement/ Quality perception and project Severity to assess the Project expectations.
Understand the Project scope by understanding the interconnections of the Project with other Projects/ Products & study Impact analysis. Also gather historical data around the specific issue/ similar issues as well.
Plan & Execute the Project by setting clear and measurable project objectives/ timelines considering resource allocation/ Product release timelines and maintaining CPI Velocity & CPI Quality within the SLA agreed. Manage scope creeps & changes affecting Project Delivery.
Conduct thorough analyses of CPI Projects & Existing processes. Identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and areas for improvement in Product & Process. Utilize datadriven insights to identify Broken Product/ Broken Process Root causes Meaningful & Validated ICAs and PCAs.
