From near 10 kms
Time 11 am to 8 pm or 1 pm to 10 pm
Working Days 5.5 days
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience including demonstrated leadership recruitment and compliance expertise.
Skills:
Indepth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency with HR software and systems.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Strong leadership mentorship and problemsolving abilities.
Analytical and detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Proven ability to multitask prioritize and work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Fluency in English Hindi Gujarat.
