Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the US/UK/Europe region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales for software services and solutions with a minimum of 10 years of fulltime experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of revenue generation through proactive sales and business development activities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Csuite executives and key decisionmakers.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive overall organizational growth.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through various channels such as research networking events and conferences.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and meetings to showcase our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver timely service quotes and proposals ensuring efficient deal closure.
- Utilize sales management tools and data to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of new business strategies and sales growth initiatives.
- Drive captive business growth within existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Cultivate enhanced relationships at the CxO level within target markets fostering significant account growth.
- Collaborate with technical leaders to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
- Maintain persistence attention to detail and adherence to processes throughout the sales cycle.
- Demonstrate excellent command of the English language both spoken and written.
- Exhibit strong customer orientation organization and time management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in international sales preferably within the software services industry.
- Strong ability to generate leads manage the sales process and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsdriven mindset and a focus on achieving targets.
- Familiarity with sales management tools and techniques for maximizing sales performance.
- Experience in the banking or financial sectors is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Will be responsible for Sales & Business Development activities in US/ UK/ Europe Region. Hands on sales professional with an ability to generate prospects and scratch and handle the entire sales process. Has demonstrated consistent Revenue Generation and Pipeline building activity. Ability to connect with Global C-Suite Executives and build relationships Ability to interact with Cross functional teams in the organization and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Own , Manage and achieve revenue responsibilities in the identified geographies and Business verticals.
