HR Generalist

Role: HR Generalist

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Location: Kandivali West Mumbai (onsite)

We are a marketing technology startup based in Mumbai helping SMEs and amp; Enterprises to build and maintain their marketing technology stack and sales pipelines. We are looking for a qualified HR Generalist to join our Mumbaibased team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources and will be responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment employee relations compensation and benefits administration and compliance management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs
• Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation
• Resolve employee grievances
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing recruitment etc.)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or related field
• Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Selfmotivated with ability to learn new technologies
