Salary Range: 24.00 $30.00/Hour

Type: Fulltime/NonExempt/Benefits

Overview:

As an OnSite HR Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within our organization. Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will be responsible for assisting with daytoday HR operations and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our HR processes.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive problemsolver with a customeroriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes including posting job openings scheduling interviews and conducting new hire orientations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefitsrelated inquiries.
  • Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping activities ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and professional assistance on HRrelated matters.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events training and other HR programs.
  • Support performance management processes including tracking performance evaluations and assisting with employee development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
  • Perform other duties and adhoc tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
