We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to become a part of our team. As a Help Desk Technician you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess basic IT knowledge excellent communication skills problemsolving skills and patience.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients through phone email or inperson
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Document and track all support requests
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians
Deliver excellent customer service to clients
Excellent customer service skills
Diploma or Associate Degree in IT or related field
Basic IT knowledge
