This is a remote position.
Role:
We are currently seeking Independent Freelance Senior Bench Sales Recruiters to market our H1B candidates.
We are currently seeking Independent Freelance Senior Bench Sales Recruiters to market our H1B candidates.
Process:
Based on the H1B candidates skill set the candidate would provide leads of open requirements from the market to our Bench Sales Manager.
The Bench Manager would then handle the subsequent processes of submission RTR interviews etc. while keeping the personnel informed.
Incentives:
Incentives would be as per the closure rate with a onetime payout recurring every six months post receiving payment from the client.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience into Bench Sales
Should have strong connections in the market to secure requirements from direct clients prime vendors etc
