One of the reputable Investment Banks is currently hiring for Head Operations & Business Strategy to lead the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Holds Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration Accounting Economics Finance or related field
  
• More than 15 years of experience in the Investment Bank or Financial Service industry with strong involvement in the institutional portfolio and investment risk management
  
• Provide leadership direction to the team to ensure tasks and assignments are managed coordinated and executed efficiently aligning to the compliance regulatory and risk management frameworks
  
• Able to lead the team to create redesign and implement innovative investment strategies products and processes that meet the overall organisation business goals
  
• Sound understanding of investment policies and guidelines to ensure business operated in compliance with prevailing rules and regulations
  
• Strong leadership and analytical skills to resolve issues and challenges faced by the team and stakeholders
  
• Strategic thinker with outstanding leadership and communication skills
