Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join as Front office Executive in company dealing in Finance sector. The successful candidates will be responsible to be the first point of contact for visitors and guests providing excellent customer service to create a positive and welcoming experience. They should be thorough punctual and deeply passionate about diversity issues and multiculturalism. They should also be articulate friendly open to new ideas and focused on finding solutions and fostering cooperation.


Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the companys products services And facilities.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.

Communication:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail emails and faxes.
  • Communicate with staff members to relay important information or messages.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry filing and maintaining records.
  • Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.

Security and Access Control:

  • Monitor and control access to the premises ensuring only authorized individuals enter.

Organization and Time Management:

  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to handle multiple responsibilities.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow and assist in various tasks as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office equipment printers and copiers.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications including MS Office suite.
  • Professional appearance and behaviour.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment and computer applications.
  • Ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
