The Front Desk Officer plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our organization and ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and resources We are seeking an individual who is customerfocused organized and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fastpaced environment If you meet these qualifications and are eager to contribute to our team we encourage you to apply This position requires a unique schedule of one day on and one day off working days a week
Greet Visitors

Warmly welcome and assist visitors to the organization
Provide information about the company and its activities
Answer and Direct Phone Calls

Manage the main phone line answer calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
Take messages and relay important information to the relevant parties
Manage Front Desk Operations

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Monitor and ensure the security of the front desk
Facilities and Resources Management

Oversee the usage of meeting rooms ensuring they are wellmaintained and equipped
Manage office supplies and coordinate with the appropriate personnel for restocking
Administrative Support

Assist in various administrative tasks such as sorting mail managing appointments and coordinating meetings
Provide support to other departments as needed
Issue Visitor Passes

Issue visitor badges and ensure that visitors sign in and out of the premises
Receive and Route Deliveries

Accept and sign for deliveries then notify the appropriate staff members of their arrival
Handle Customer Inquiries

Address general inquiries from customers and provide basic information about products or services
Maintain Visitor Log

Keep a log of all visitors including their purpose of visit and the staff member they are meeting
Collaborate with Other Departments

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination

Requirements
Minimum of a high school diploma additional qualifications in Office Management or a related field is a plus
Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor
