About the Role:
Ideal Candidate: Were looking for a Jack of all trades someone who can adapt quickly handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and drive crucial initiatives. You should be adept in areas like strategic planning and resource management and have the capability to make impactful decisions that align with our clients vision and objectives.
Location: This is an officebased role located in Delhi NCR. As were in the early stages of our journey expect a fastpaced environment with a 6day workweek.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive compensation package with a heavy emphasis on ESOPs. Ideal compensation will be INR 2535 lakhs fixed substantial ESOPs.The ideal candidate will have a current fixed salary between 2040 lakhs per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic DecisionMaking: Assist in key decisionmaking processes such as selecting new clinic locations and shaping critical business strategies.
- Resource Management: Oversee the management of company resources across functions. This includes developing budgets streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Performance Management: Monitor and report on the company s performance ensuring that all business activities align with strategic goals and objectives.
- Investor Relations: Maintain robust communication channels with investors providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with the company s longterm goals.
- Networking: Represent at key networking events to forge and nurture relationships with potential partners investors and customers.
