UNIFLEX is looking for Executive Assistant to Managing Director at its office in Whitefield (Near Nallurhallo Metro Station)
Job Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Job Location Universal Flexibles Pvt. Ltd. 117 & 118 Rd Number 3 Vijayanagar EPIP Phase I Whitefield Bangalore Karnataka 560066
Job Description
1. Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
2. Prepare and disseminate correspondence through email
3. File and update contact information of employees customers suppliers and external partners
4. Schedule meetings and maintain calendar
5. Organise and manage physical and electronic files
6. Support and facilitate completion of regular reports
7. Make travel arrangements including tickets
8. Document expenses and send to the concerned
9. Attend to personal administrative work of the Managing Director
10. Maintain secrecy of sensitive information
Requirements
Candidate Profile
1. Should be a Graduate
2. Should have Computer MS office and Internet Knowledge
3. Should be fluent in English
4. Should be able to independently draft emails and letters.
5. Retired and energetic persons can also apply
Only those who stay or will relocate to Whitefield need apply
Benefits
Salary CTC 19000 per month
