Role: Federal Sales Representative

Location: Chantilly VA ( Onsite)

Work from Office

The ideal candidate will have:

Existing relationships with clients at multiple GS levels across multiple Federal Civilian Agencies including Commerce Treasury IRS VA USDA SSA USPS and GSA HHS to name a few

Experience managing capture and delivery efforts

Experience in all aspects of Federal proposal development

Solid knowledge of the competitive landscape including an understanding of key contract vehicles used

Established relationships across industry with large contractors SBs and product vendors

Ability to establish net new client relationships

Experience supporting all aspects of the sales lifecycle including opportunity identification qualification account penetration pursuit strategy and contracting processes

Ability to partner with alliance/channel partners to craft and support the sale of solutions

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Job Level Specific Duties & Skills:

Oversees and manages the pipeline of qualified prospects in line with INSI Cloud Inc.. overall sales and growth strategy.

Identifies and researches top prospects developing detailed account plans in line with a complex sale methodology and driving sufficient demand to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Utilizes advanced knowledge of INSI Cloud Inc.. service offerings and understanding of the clients business to develop tailored proposals that present creative solutions that successfully sell the organizations capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to build sales forecasts establish priorities and keep team focused on sales goals.

Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales quota.

Strong influencing presentation and professional sales skills.

Ability to develop longterm strategic and executive level relationships.

Proven track record of building internal and external relationships influencing thinking through a consultative sales process and closing complex services sales.

Minimum Experience:

5 years of Sales experience in Federal Health & Civilian Agencies and HHS

5 years selling experience selling similar types of services: IT Infrastructure Applications Modernization Advisory/Consulting Digital & Application Infrastructure Cloud Mobility & Security Business Process Outsourcing and Health and Human Services (HHS)

Minimum Education and Certifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
