Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a fulltime permanent position that requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone email and social media in a timely and professional manner
Provide product information recommendations and assistance with order placement and tracking
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any problems
Maintain accurate and organized customer records and order information
Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
Stay uptodate on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
12 years of customer service experience preferably in a retail or ecommerce setting
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is a plus
Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products is a plus
