Position : Executive Assistant

Working Hours : M-F 9am-5pm EST

Salary Range : 800-1500 USD/month

Holiday : TBD

About the job:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will work closely with the management and help with their day-to-day activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, organize and assist in booking flights, itineraries and accommodations.
  • Manage and help in travel management such as creating and updating travel plans.
  • Help a lot in calendar management such as booking calendar meetings and scheduling events.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle email management such as manage inbox, respond to mails, organize mails, create filters etc.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as gifting, typing, document management and creation etc.
  • Take initiative and not wait necessarily to be delegated items
  • At least 2+ years or more of solid experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Good oral and written English communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Must be tech and online savvy with a get-it-done attitude.
  • Must be eager to win, has confidence, is proactive, wants to constantly improve, has an eye for growth, and is interested in performance.
  • Must know how to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • A master of the business and personal calendar.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy and can be counted on to safeguard the confidentiality of business.
  • Highly organized and always thinking about improving processes.
  • Independent and ability to perform tasks flawlessly with no supervision.
  • A kind, friendly and upbeat personality
