Event AV Technician Multiple Events

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Event AV Technician to join our GIG TEAMand play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of various events through impeccable audiovisual (AV) support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for delivering seamless AV experiences.

Dates: May 11 May 25th June 15th

Responsibilities:

1. Setup and Configuration: Efficiently set up configure and test audio visual and lighting equipment according to event requirements on your own or with team.
2. Operation and Monitoring: Operate AV equipment during events ensuring smooth functionality and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise promptly.
3. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks of AV equipment before and during events to ensure optimal performance and audiovisual quality.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with event organizers clients and other team members to understand event requirements and provide appropriate AV solutions.
5. Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to event organizers and presenters on the effective use of AV equipment and technologies.
6. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks on AV equipment and coordinate repairs as needed to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of AV equipment inventory setup configurations troubleshooting procedures and any other relevant documentation.
8. Adaptability: Adapt quickly to changing event requirements and environments demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in delivering effective AV solutions.
9. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while handling AV equipment and working in event venues to ensure the safety of oneself and others.
