ERP Solution Lead - SAP S4HANA

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping assessment and reskilling services with training to companies. We are looking a ERP Project & Engagement Management (OTC) Solution Lead within the Technology Department.

Location: Mumbai India

Functions

1. Lead the development of Project & Engagement Management (OTC) solution roadmap ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
2. Manage and build a highperforming team to deliver integrated solutions on the EAG ERP platform.
3. Collaborate closely with business leaders to design and implement standardized processes for efficient operations.
4. Drive the implementation of SAP S4HANA Cloud solutions for seamless integration and enhanced functionality.
5. Provide leadership in solution architecture design and implementation focusing on revenue recognition and financial data migration.
6. Foster a collaborative environment where technology and people synergize to achieve organizational goals.
7. Develop strong relationships with integration stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and support.

Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Information Systems Computer Science or Engineering.
2. Experienced in delivering largescale ERP/SAP implementations.
3. Experience in the professional services industry with full lifecycle implementations.
4. Minimum 12 years experience in SAP Project & Engagement Management (Order to Cash) application delivery.
5. 3 years experience in S4HANA implementation and delivery.
6. Experience in professional services processes for Project & Engagement & Billing (Order to Cash) processes including integrations with financial systems.
7. Should be a master in Functional Architecture Design Analysis.
8. Should have experience in Business Knowledge and S4HANA Technical Solution Design.
9. Should be proficient in Business Analysis.
10. Flexibility to travel locally and internationally.
