As a Content Writer Lead you will play a pivotal role in our content creation efforts driving the development of highquality written content across various platforms. You will lead a team of content writers guiding them to produce engaging informative and onbrand content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional writing skills a passion for storytelling and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
    • Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends topics of interest and competitive insights to inform content planning.
  2. Content Creation and Editing:
    • Write and edit compelling content for various channels including website blog posts social media email campaigns and more.
    • Ensure all content is wellresearched accurate and optimized for SEO to maximize reach and engagement.
  3. Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead a team of content writers providing guidance feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.
    • Delegate tasks effectively manage workloads and ensure deadlines are met consistently.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement processes and standards to maintain the quality and consistency of content produced by the team.
    • Conduct regular reviews and audits of content to ensure it meets brand guidelines style standards and editorial policies.
  5. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
    • Monitor content performance metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Use datadriven insights to refine content strategies messaging and distribution channels.
  6. Crossfunctional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with other teams such as marketing design and product to support integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and reflects the company s values and voice.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in English Journalism Marketing or related field (Preffered).
  • Proven experience (2 years) in content creation with a portfolio demonstrating strong writing and editing skills.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferably in a content or editorial team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Indepth knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.
  • A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
