Dynamic communicators Emergency Services Reps excel in both oneonone interactions and group settings instilling confidence in their ability to manage and resolve emergencies effectively.

A IMPACTFUL OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EMPATHETIC DETERMINED & SALES LED PROFESSIONAL

We're seeking an Emergency Services Representative with a High school diploma a minimum of 4 years experience in restoration military fire services EMT police medical responder dispatching of emergency responders construction or insurance. As well as 2 years in sales or customer service role.

The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships exceeding sales targets and participating in networking events to drive business growth. This sales opportunity is poised for personal and professional growth. You’ll support companies and individuals in getting through some really tough times / situations you’ll be in fertile soil with a ton of sales opportunities you’ll have the backing of a strong company and team members and you’ll be given the right tools and resources to succeed.

In this role you will generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire water damage or other largescale emergency events. Additionally you'll cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities creating and retaining customer loyalty and preference by establishing positive and trusting relationships. Your involvement in restorationrelated community awareness events and programs will further reinforce our commitment to customer care. Proactively searching for and acting upon potential opportunities you'll work closely with owners adjusters project managers first responders and community leaders to ensure the highest quality care for our customers. Developing positive and trusting relationships with property owners will be central to your responsibilities.

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Four plus years’ experience in the following areas (any combination): restoration military fire services EMS police medical responder dispatching of emergency responders construction insurance
  • Two plus years’ experience in an outside sales role or customer service role

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience in the restoration or the construction industry…or in property management sales facility management sales commercial property sales etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Luxor CRM Microsoft Suite

Travel

  • This position will require up to 100% local travel to potential clients jobs sites trainings and company events (as needed).

Requirements

  • Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 75% of the time
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about a customer job site (indoors and outdoors)
  • Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to service customer sites
  • Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
  • Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
  • Occasionally will lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
