Infrastructure Services Technical Project Manager

**Position Description:** 1. Serve as the ServiceNow Technical Project Manager for multiple infrastructure projects. 2. Provide Project management leadership effectively drive the project schedule deliverables and manage project risks. 3. Facilitate effective communications within a complex matrix organization (internal/external teams). 4. Facilitate requirements gathering that can effectively be translated into customer acceptance documentation. 5. Work closely with SMEs and Engineers in designing and developing solutions that meet the customer requirements. 6. Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with the project team and developers. **Skills Requirements:** **FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS** **(Basic Qualifications)** 7. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Mathematics Engineering or a related field. 8. Masters or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience. 9. 10 years of experience as an IT infrastructure technical project management. 10. 7 years of experience with ServiceNow platform and effective in setting a clear vision based on ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices. 11. Knowledge and experience with CCaaS solutions implementation. 12. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Effective leadership communications and team player (externally /externally). 15. Knowledge of Asset Management IT Service Management Governance/Risk/Compliance ServiceNow Modules. 16. Experience with CCaaS Applications (i.e. AWS Connect or Genesys). 17. Experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows/workflows. 18. Effective executive/stakeholder level briefings. 19. Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools. 20.
