Our client company is seeking an experienced manager to perform resource management duties for the department, track weekly man hour assignments and allocation, manage the staffing levels and utilization of the department by tracking department performance statistics, maintaining communication with team members, and facilitating employee reallocation.

You must be willing to:
Ensure that design engineering services are commensurate with professional standards/client requirements/corporate objectives
Be responsible for the technical quality of work performed
Oversee the technical staffs implementation of project QAQC plans
Review unusual/complex design problems/provide guidance for their solution
Evaluate the performance of technical staff
Resolve disputes/conflicts within department

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS in Electrical Engineering (MUST have PE license)
10+ years experience in a consulting engineering firm
OR 15+ years of electrical design experience (electrical power/lighting/fire alarm/low voltage building systems)
Revit MEP experience
