We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vietnamesespeaking Customer Onboarding Specialist with expertise in HTML CSS and JavaScript to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team you will play a crucial role in guiding our Vietnamesespeaking customers through the onboarding process ensuring a seamless and culturally sensitive transition to our ecommerce platform. Your technical skills in web development combined with your fluency in Vietnamese will enable you to provide exceptional support tailor onboarding experiences to meet specific needs and empower our customers to fully leverage our platforms capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting customers in setting up and configuring their ecommerce stores using the companys platform to create visually appealing stunning and functional designs.
  • Implementing customization and styling using HTML CSS and JavaScript within the companys nocode environment.
  • Providing expert training sessions to customers enabling them to utilize our platforms features to their fullest potential.
  • Troubleshooting and resolve any technical issues or questions customers may encounter during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and expectations.
  • Gathering feedback from customers to enhance the onboarding experience and improve our product offering.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation and resources for customers to reference during onboarding and beyond.
  • Staying updated with the latest web development trends and best practices for HTML CSS and JavaScript.
  • Staying uptodate with DG1s platform updates and developments to effectively assist customers.
  • Working closely with other teams such as sales support and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements

  • Fluent in Vietnamese with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript with a strong ability to design and customize ecommerce stores.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer support roles.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • A passion for delivering topnotch customer experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
