Role Overview:

As a Dutch Customer Advisor youll provide excellent service to our clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone email and chat. Youll collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and handle cases and errands from our main queue chat and mail: Youll be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and requests received through various channels including our main queue chat platform and email system.
  • Handling questions from customers: Youll provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Handling complaints: In the event of customer complaints youll listen attentively to their concerns empathize with their situation and work towards finding a suitable resolution maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout the interaction.

Qualifications:

  • C1/C2 proficiency in Dutch
  • B2 proficiency in English
