What You Will Do

As the Distributor Relations & Sales Support Manager you will play a critical role in managing our relationships with key distributors such as KeHE and UNFI. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of distribution processes supporting sales initiatives and driving business growth by enhancing our brand partners' presence in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with distributor contacts including Category Managers Supply Chain Management Vendor Support and Sales Enablement Teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels at distributor centers and coordinate prompt pallet orders to capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Assist in setting up new distribution centers to facilitate product availability to key accounts.
  • Utilize data from SPINS WFM Portal and other sources to pull insights that drive strategic decisions and improve sales outcomes.
  • Support Key Account Managers by providing assistance with daily operations and during highdemand periods.
  • Organize and manage the submission of new vendor packets new item setups seasonal items and price changes.
  • Ensure alignment of promotional calendars and proper execution of monthly promotions and product changes.
  • Regularly monitor and review distributor policies and procedures negotiating modifications as needed to support our brand partners' goals.
  • Attend trade shows national meetings and other industry events to maintain strong industry connections and stay updated on market trends.

Who You Are

Collaborating remotely you enjoy spearheading the setup of distribution centers tailored to the needs of our key accounts ensuring seamless product flow. You leverage data for strategic decisionmaking while providing crucial support to our key account managers. You excel in synthesizing information collaborating effectively across diverse teams and demonstrating ownership of project intricacies from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience managing business with major distributors like UNFI/KeHE.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with Excellent Skills in Excel and capable of navigating distributorspecific platforms like KeHE Connect and UNFI ClearVue Portal.
  • Proficient in data and analytics
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage sales or distribution preferred.
  • Proficiency in remote work technologies required.
  • Minimal travel required primarily for attending industryspecific events and meetings.
