Your tasks

Do you want to work in an innovative environment and shape the future of retail with us And do you already have experience in key account & food retail in a management position Then this is the right place for you. Help us in the role as Director International Sales / Key Account role to make the supermarket shelves a little more colorful win new retail partners and significantly drive KoRos expansion in national and international retail.

  • Conception and implementation of a holistic expansion and growth strategy in national and international trade.
  • Carrying out strategic market analyses in order to gain relevant insights and derive concrete action measures from them.
  • Management and development of a national and international key account team & global field sales force.
  • Directly work & report to our CLevel.
  • Identify and acquire new retail locations and partnerships domestically and internationally.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with retail partners to build longterm and successful collaborations.
  • Monitoring and controlling the entire expansion process from planning to successful implementation.
  • Regular reporting to CLevel on the progress and results of retail expansion.

Your profile

  • You have at least 7 10 years of experience in key account food retail quick commerce and expansion in the FMCG or food sector ideally in a management position.
  • You have a degree in business administration management finance or law from a top university.
  • You speak excellent English and got relevant additional language skills. German language skills are a plus.
  • You have experience in leading and developing teams especially in fastgrowing environments.
  • You have indepth knowledge of conducting market analyses and developing strategic recommendations for action.
  • You love your key figures and are completely absorbed in your KPIs and confident presentation skills at all hierarchical levels are part of your everyday life.
  • You have strong negotiating skills are committed have good communication skills and you are enthusiastic about the food market.
  • You have a proactive and goaloriented way of working as well as the ability to work under pressure and successfully implement complex projects.
  • You have a professional appearance and drive as well as a handson mentality.
