Nexer Czech republic is a division within DANIR AB an IT consulting and R&D company. We have the opportunity to work with worldrenowned brands from Scandinavia the USA the UK and Western Europe. Our goal is to grow strong but rather in competencies than in pure numbers.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiter / Admin Support reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager. This is a dynamic role that involves both talent acquisition responsibilities and administrative support function.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment:
  2. Conducting endtoend recruitment processes for various positions within the business unit
  3. Sourcing screening and interviewing potential candidates
  4. Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining recruitment document
  1. Administrative support:
  2. Assisting the Business Unit Manager and other team members in daily administrative tasks
  3. Coordinating meetings managing calendars and organizing travel arrangements
  4. Preparing reports presentations and maintaining accurate records
  5. Communication with the accounting and Payroll Services Provider preparation of invoicing documents and payroll processing

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Fluency in Czech and English both written and spoken (daily communication with colleagues from other countries)
  • Proficiency in Polish is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools
  • Located in Prague it is necessary to visit a Prague office time to time.
