You will lead your team to achieve organizational objectives and directions by managing, coaching, and developing the team and individuals. You will be responsible for the execution, timely delivery, and quality of the work, scalability, time to customer, cost, and technical leadership.
- Set and continuously work on technical direction and execution on team scope.
- Be responsible for standardization, development, delivery, and operations.
- Lead for engineering effective, quality of the output, creating the technical roadmap
- Work with internal customers to understand their needs and drive the adoption of best practices.
- Be an advocate for CI/CD, SDLC, and SRE best practices.
- Work on the "Secure & Compliant by design" approach.
- Build out an engineering team to high engineering standards
- Actively manage and coach a team of engineers, taking their personal development to heart.
