Job Description
- Strong sense of concept design and competitive winning work with a proven track record of major project delivery [in the form of a portfolio].
- Production of unique architectural, urban & landscape Pre-concept Design, Concept.
- Design, Schematic design.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Architecture.
- 15+ years relevant experience as a concept design Architect. 5 of which in the same position.
- Previous experience in Real Estate Projects is a must.
- Experience of design / construction in a variety of building types.
- Strong conceptual thinking.
- Proficient in the use of concept design tools: Ketchup, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop.
- Familiar with Local Codes of Practice.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- A resilient work ethic with attention to detail, design quality, aesthetics & market trends.
