• Production of unique architectural, urban & landscape Pre-concept Design, Concept.
• Design, Schematic design.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree of Architecture.
• 15+ years relevant experience as a concept design Architect. 5 of which in the same position.
• Previous experience in Real Estate Projects is a must.
• Experience of design / construction in a variety of building types.
• Strong conceptual thinking.
• Proficient in the use of concept design tools: Ketchup, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop.
• Familiar with Local Codes of Practice.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• A resilient work ethic with attention to detail, design quality, aesthetics & market trends.
