Data Solution Architect

• The Data Solution Architect will be responsible for owning all technical delivery related to data solutions including architecture design and implementation. Will need to have hands on experience in Data Management Data Orchestration and Data Visualization as well as strategic thinking to consult and develop enterprise data architecture using cloud platforms.
• Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor for our clients by designing and building analytics cloud solutions to enable better outcomes
• Deliver architectures for transformation and modernization of enterprise data solutions using cloud data technologies
• Develops the right solution roadmap architecture blueprint working with different stakeholders including client business group client technical team and Speridian Innovations and Solutions Group (ISG)
• Have a sound understanding of consumption cost drivers in cloudbased solutions preferably on Azure Cloud
• Thorough understanding of Data Warehousing architectures techniques and methodologies; including Star Schemas Snowflake Schemas Slowly Changing Dimensions and Aggregation Techniques
• Define effective metrics for data monitoring processes. Knowledge of DevOps processes (including CI/CD) and Infrastructure as Code fundamentals
• Ownership of all technical deliveries related to data projects.
• Provide oversight of crossfunctional and technical teams to ensure that Data & Analytics solutions meet business needs with the expected quality of service and adhere to guiding principles and standards associated with usability data quality optimization sustainability and security
• Architect and design endtoend business intelligence solutions establishing best practices and standards for the organizations BI practice.
• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data models to translate complex raw data into actionable business insights
• Research technology trends/directions identify and recommend tools and technologies using best practices/industry standards
• Provides technical guidance to all team members.
• Creates estimation and technical proposal working with team at onshore and offshore.
• Develops collaterals for sales and presales team
• Leads presales discussion with client.
• Hire talents to expand the data practice
• Collaborates with offshore to develop technical capabilities on different tools and platforms
• Develops Data CoE having industry point solutions
• Strategies the right technology adoption with senior leadership.
• May include 25% travel to client locations.

• 15 years of experience in Data and Analytics
• 10 years of experience in core technical Data Management
• 5 years of experience in Consulting and Client Facing roles
• Working knowledge of ETL/ELT tools like Azure Data Factory Informatica Talend SSIS
• Experience with implementation of cloud data services preferably on Azure stack Data Factory Data Lake Databricks Synapse.
• Experience in exposing data via front end tools like Power BI Azure API Apps Qlik Tableau and others.
• Knowledge in MS Azure security and identity services including but not limited to Azure Active Directory Domain Services Azure Security Center Azure Governance Security Authentication Access Controls and Security Protocols
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality tools
• Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions will be a plus
• Working experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Hands on experience in using Azure/AWS PaaS solutions
• Possess fantastic interpersonal skills excellent verbal and written communications
• Highly organized and have experience directing others
