JOB DESCRIPTION:
he Team:
Primarily Adobe shop
Rebranded from Martech to MACE (Martech and Channel Enablement)
Supports all messaging channels on all platforms
Enterprise Martech team promoting Adobe toolset
Six already on the team work closely with Product and Marketing team to provide solutions
The team supports entire CVS / Aetna lines of business around Martech / MACE
Three Pillars of the work in this org:
1. Connected Messaging Omnichannel may play role. Looking at outbound comm (email / text / comm with customers). Primary focus on consolidating into one standardized platform and vendors for each channel (project for the next year).
2. Personalized content how they deliver and manage content. AEM is their primary CMS because that is the path they are going. Personalization aspect (Target in Adobe and AJO). Target AJP and CDP is the gap she has on her team so if people have they may be a great fit for team.
3. Data / Personalization Experience CDP in Adobe. How do they collect the data (Edge network in Adobe) The customer data platform segmentation and how to create profiles.
The Need:
Martech Principal Architect
Personalized content generation
Omnichannel is the aspect by which they will push content
Adobe / Martech experience required
API / Cloud (GCP / Azure) on the integration side
Providing solutions with Adobe stack
Really wants Adobe Target / AJO / CDP experience (Personalization) Adobe AEP seems to hold the modules related to personalization
Must have awareness of above skills because they need to know how the environment operates. From a cloud perspective they use GCP but open to Azure. Must know how to move around off the shelf products knowing how to use when to use or if they should build homegrown solutions.
This is not a standard Technical Arch role in that they will not be driving any total tech solutions (wont need to be able to write code). Must have a good blend of Adobe stack and some standard Architecture skills.

One Panel with tech leads and non tech marketing resources leads on the team
One panel with the Product Team
One potential conversation with Executive Stakeholder

Is open to remote but may need to come to office if commutable distance.
