We are collaborating with an emerging financial/forex company steered by a management team boasting over two decades of expertise. Their mission is to demystify the intricacies of trading and provide outstanding service to clients spanning various continents and nations.

Position: Customer Support Representative (Thai)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world

Employment type: Service Agreement/Selfemployment (no Employment contract option available)

Remuneration: Fixed monthly payment

Tasks

  • Provide global client assistance via live support; manage email correspondence account openings amendments and record maintenance.
  • Exhibit exceptional telephone etiquette and management skills.
  • Address back office inquiries and assist clients with technical and troubleshooting issues.
  • Liaise with management and various departments to resolve issues.
  • Offer support and troubleshooting for Trading Platforms.
  • Ensure client inquiries are handled properly and highlevel service is maintained.
  • Inform clients about available products and services providing comprehensive information.
  • Build and sustain excellent relationships with both prospective and existing clients. Aid in team success by meeting set targets.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Thai both spoken and written at a native or fluent level. English fluency (minimum B2 level) is also required.
  • Familiarity with the FX industry is a significant plus. Prior experience in a comparable role is highly advantageous.
  • The candidate must possess outstanding communication abilities both verbally and in writing.
  • They should be capable of working effectively under pressure and have excellent computer skills particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • The work schedule is Monday through Friday.
