Customer Service Engineer

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join an important client focused on innovative technologies in machine vision and fiber optics dedicated to become a world leader in Machine Vision AI and Optoelectronics Information Industry.

Location:Bangkok Thailand

Functions

1. Responsible for installation commissioning and training of vision inspection system and machine acceptance.
2. Pay frequent customer visit for presales evaluation and aftersales service to improve customer satisfaction and build
3. strong relationship.
4. Handle machine maintenance and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
5. Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.

Requirements

1. 1 years of experiences in similar technical services job.
2. Education: Diploma degree or above. Major in mechanical IT or automation electrical is preferred.
3. Good communication skills hard working self motivated and a good team player.
4. Knowledge in mechanical and electrical can read and draw basic drawings.
5. Familiar with office software such as office and WPS; Know how to use AutoCAD basically
6. Mandarin speaker and local language
