Machine Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of CNC Machines and local staff.

Management of the machining process including machine setup and part of maintenance.

Promote quality improvement utilization rate improvement and cost reduction.

Control of production line based on production plan.

Makes improvements to set up process improve efficiency and output reduce setup time reduce setup scrap.

Establish CNC setup qualification & troubleshooting procedures and train Operators and Contribute in training & development for CNC department personnel Technicians to be able to handle the process independently.

Define implement and maintain methods operation sequence and processes in the manufacture of integrated heat spreaders.

Generate programs tooling lists cutting parameters jigs & fixtures run simulations and tests.

Work with production team and quality team to ensure all customer on time delivery.

Other tasks assigned by company.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial Production Mechanical) or relate filed.

Must have experience in using CNC as production expertise knowledge in CNC.

Would be an advantage with basic experience with CadCam software.

Experience in manager level for 10 years in manufacturing.

Good command in English.
