WANTED: Customer Operations Agent (f/m/d) English speaking, focus on Nightshift, based in Malta
We, NEObet, are growing and are looking for motivated people to join our great team at our office in St. Julian's as soon as possible!
Operating since 2018 under the MGA license, NEObet has received a Germany-wide license from the authorities. Our home made and unique features (e.g. Bonus chips and Personal Bet Configurator) guarantee the highest standards, but also user-friendliness and simplicity and were developed by experienced software developers from the sports betting industry. In order to continue to grow as an attractive and leading provider of betting platforms in the market we are looking for you as a Customer Operations Agent (f/m/d) to support our nightshift:
Tasks
Your playground:
You do this mainly during the nightshift, but also at other times of the day:
- To make our customers happy, you support our customers in all matters via Live-Chat and Email in English.
- Of course we have to know our customers (KYC) - Therefore you are responsible for the verification of customer documents.
- The execution of player winnings is also part of your job.
- In specific cases, telephone verifications of customers are necessary.
- You will also occasionally have the opportunity to work on smaller projects to improve our customer operations.
Requirements
Your profile:
- For communication with customers perfect English skills spoken and written is a must have requirement (native English language skills are an advantage).
- You should be willing to work flexibly, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Desirable: It would be beneficial if you already have experience in customer support in the gaming area, otherwise we will be happy to teach you all the necessary skills.
- Nice to have: As a sports betting operator, it would be nice if you were well versed in one or two sports.
We are also looking for the following behavioural competencies:
- Sensitivity in dealing with customers from different countries to keep the quality of customer support high.
- Positive attitude toward problem-solving, which goes hand in hand with continuous learning and accepting feedback.
- You should have good time management skills and be able to work under pressure to deal with global customer enquiries.
