THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you passionate about helping others succeed and can imagine yourself in a crossfunctional role that will help fuel our customer success

In this key role you will be actively involved in helping our customers get familiar and proficient in using our products and strive toward the continuous improvement of our customer onboarding process that will empower them to be successful with our products. You will have the opportunity to serve as the critical point of contact for escalating issues both internally and externally and drive collaboration and communication to resolve them. With your remarkable organizational communication project management change management and problemsolving skills you will impactfully communicate at all levels of the organization keeping stakeholders informed and effectively delivering hightouch support.

As a vital member of our Customer Experience team you will get to collaborate with experienced support engineers customer success managers and content writers finding innovative solutions for a great customer experience and scaling our business with our mobile indoor mapping system.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You will proactively schedule and run regular beginners trainings for new customers
  • You will be in regular touch with our customers calling them periodically to make sure that all of our services are set up properly and they know how to use them
  • You will closely monitor issues submitted to Support and assist with triage or initial response as needed
  • You will effectively identify common issues or questions and use these to drive training plans or documentation in partnership with our User Education team
  • You will take ownership of identifying promising opportunities to increase adoption or grow usage for new accounts
  • You will actively track and report on key account health metrics as well as drive any changes needed
  • You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and develop crossfunctional and client relationships

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • A degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or similar
  • You have demonstrated experience in B2B technical trainings and customer relationships paired with a solid understanding of complex B2B software and IT infrastructure
  • Your prior experience in the surveying or the BIMmodeling industry will be an added advantage
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English for successfully collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are willing to travel to meet customers in person
