Experience the digital revolution of the healthcare system first hands as our new Information Security Officer and Data Protection Coordinator (f/m/d).

Tasks

• Development of information security policies and procedures
• Implementation of security measures (technical and nontechnical)
• Monitoring the security structure
• Management of incident response measures in the event of a security incident
• Risk assessments and management with the aim of minimizing risk
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant security standards and regulations (e.g. through audits)
• Carrying out training and awarenessraising measures for employees

Tasks Data Protection:

• Development and implementation of data protection guidelines
• Training and awarenessraising measures for employees on compliance with data protection guidelines
• Monitoring compliance with data protection guidelines (for example: conducting internal audits)
• Contact person for data protection issues
• Carrying out data protection assessments when introducing new systems or processes
• Responsibility for cooperation with data protection supervisory authorities
• Supporting the data protection officer
• Updating data protection guidelines in the event of changes to the law and changes in the company environment
• Handling and preventing data protection breaches

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in managing Information Security Management Systems according to ISO/ IEC 27001
• Expert Knowledge of Data Protection Laws such as GDPR
• Training as ISO/ IEC 27001
• Knowledge of BSI governance and software security standards such as IT Grundschutz and BSI TR03161 (parts 13)
• Experience in generating and adapting SOPs and Working Instructions together with specialist departments
• Knowledge of threat modeling and penetration testing requirements and methods is a plus
• Ideally experience in conducting internal audits
• Risk Assesment Skills to assess the privacy risks associated with data processing activities and recommend appopriate mitigation measures
• Independent working and a strong sense of responsibility for your own actions
• Handson mentality
• Drive to identify potential for improvement and to find solutions for stakeholders
• Hight ethical standards and integrity when handling sensitive and personal data
• Excellent English (written and spoken) German is a plus
