Are you passionate about helping others succeed and can imagine yourself in a crossfunctional role that will help fuel our customer success
In this key role you will be actively involved in helping our customers get familiar and proficient in using our products and strive toward the continuous improvement of our customer onboarding process that will empower them to be successful with our products. You will have the opportunity to serve as the critical point of contact for escalating issues both internally and externally and drive collaboration and communication to resolve them. With your remarkable organizational communication project management change management and problemsolving skills you will impactfully communicate at all levels of the organization keeping stakeholders informed and effectively delivering hightouch support.
As a vital member of our Customer Experience team you will get to collaborate with experienced support engineers customer success managers and content writers finding innovative solutions for a great customer experience and scaling our business with our mobile indoor mapping system.
