Overview:
The CPQ Cloud Consultant plays a pivotal role in our organization providing expert guidance in the implementation and customization of CPQ (Configure Price Quote) solutions for our clients. This position is essential in ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of CPQ Cloud to meet the unique needs of our customers ultimately driving business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand CPQ requirements and objectives
- Design and implement CPQ solutions utilizing industry best practices
- Perform configuration and customization of CPQ Cloud based on client needs
- Provide expertise in CPQ process optimization and automation
- Lead workshops and training sessions for end users and administrators
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of CPQ functionality
- Advise clients on CPQ Cloud best practices and potential enhancements
- Participate in project planning documentation and communication
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for CPQ Cloud implementations
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field
- 7 years of experience in implementing and customizing CPQ Cloud solutions
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and related sales and service cloud functionalities
- Demonstrated expertise in CPQ configuration and pricing including complex pricing rules and approvals
- Proven ability to conduct thorough business analysis and gather CPQ requirements
- Experience in providing CPQ Cloud consulting services and training
- Understanding of integration and data migration principles in CPQ implementations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CPQ Cloud certifications are highly preferred
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites
