Roles& Responsibilities:

• Experience in Healthcare or Life sciences Industry delivery Operations and in creating Healthcare specific Solutions
• Overall 10 years of work experience in mix of International BPO and / or consulting environment in the Healthcare domain
• At least 7 years in solutions roles handling RFPs RFXs
• Deep domain expertise of the US Health Insurance industry and hand on with healthcare terminology regulations compliance standards ICD10 coding and industry trends
• Health Insurance assembly line (Claims Enrolments Data Entry others)
• Appeals & Grievances Audits Platform migrations Plan Testing
• Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management in hospital networks
• Excellent Written Oral and analytical skills coupled with excellent Presentation creation skills
• Good MS Word Excel MS Visio PowerPoint experience .
