Wife is looking for a Copy Director a bigpicture thinker a storyteller one who can integrate snappy copy and writing skills concepts ideas and presentations with market insights consumer behavior brand development tools and dreams to build stunning brands. Positioning identity personality awareness equity leveraging research and analysis should be words he/ she uses in pass . - Be a creative team player talented wordsmith and grammar sleuth.
- Develop existing and new brand ideas and strategies after undergoing thorough research and analysis of current market and trends using traditional tried and tested and modern disruptive methods.
- Create marketing and communication strategies in line with the brand values and thereafter enhance its positioning in the market.
- Think forward and anticipate future trends opportunities and prospective successes for the brand.
- Be collaborative a creative thinker and be factdriven.
- Create real and effective yet simple and disruptive shortterm and longterm plans calendars and strategies that will not only be inspirational but also actionable.
- Contribute to the company s overall growth strategy.
Requirements
- A Bachelors / Masters / Specialized course in Marketing and Communications or Advertising
- Confidence tact peopleskills instinctiveness
- Strong command of language oral and written
- Highdegree of understanding of audience brands and the market
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- 10 years of relevant experience in the same/ similar role.
- Multitasker
- Presentation & Pitching skills
- Technically equipped to conduct thorough market research (primary and secondary)
