- Advanced university degree in relevant fields
- Extensive experience, deep networks and understanding of the given field
- Experience working on donor funded programs
- At least seven years of relevant work experience carrying out similar types of analysis;
- Familiarity with the process of conducting assessments
- Demonstrated record of successfully completing and producing reports with conclusions and recommendations for development projects;
- Deep familiarity with the Syria and NES operating context
- Excellent writing and communication skills;
- Native fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
